 a New Zealand. It tells of the circumstances that led to the relationship 
 between Samuel Marsdsen and Ngapuhi Chief Ruatara which led to the first C
 hristmas Day presented to the tangata whenua on 25 December\, 1814. The pr
 esentation is mostly a narrative\, interspersed with songs\, short e-enact
 ments and overhead images. It will be followed by a sharing a few carols t
